CBAM Clinic: search, social and website chat for an academic cosmetic clinic

CBAM Clinic presented itself as “The First ‘Academic Cosmetic Clinic’ In Canada”, a non-surgical aesthetics clinic in North York, Toronto and North Vancouver whose practitioners are certified by the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine. Its services covered injectables, PRP and mesotherapy, Sculptra, treatments for skin conditions, peels, microneedling and IV drips. White Dolphin worked on the clinic’s search visibility, Instagram and website lead capture. The clinic now operates as Anti-Aging Academic Clinic (AAA Clinic).

The challenge

With two locations and a long list of treatments, the clinic needed to be found in both cities and to answer visitors’ questions while they were still on the website.

SEO. Search work for the clinic’s treatments and its two locations.
Instagram. Content for the clinic’s Instagram.
Website chat. A chat widget on the clinic’s website, connected to White Dolphin’s lead management platform, so visitors could ask questions and leave their details.
