Elegance Cosmetic & Laser Clinic: website, advertising and Instagram for a Thornhill clinic and academy

Elegance Cosmetic & Laser Clinic and Academy is a non-surgical cosmetic and laser clinic on Yonge Street in Thornhill, serving clients from Toronto and York Region. It offers laser hair and vein removal, thread lifts, HIFU, fillers, Botox, mesotherapy, advanced facials, RF skin tightening and CoolSculpting, and trains practitioners through its academy. White Dolphin developed the clinic’s website, used until its 2024–2025 redesign, and worked on its advertising and Instagram.

The challenge

The clinic serves two audiences, clients looking for treatments and practitioners looking for training, and offers many devices and treatments with their own prices and packages. Its website and campaigns needed to keep both paths clear.
