Dr. Mole Removal: a website for a Scarborough skin lesion clinic

Dr. Mole Removal is the skin lesion clinic of Dr. Samir N. Gupta, a dermatologist at Malvern Medical Centre in Scarborough, Toronto. The clinic removes moles, skin tags, seborrheic keratoses, warts, cysts, keloids and other lesions, and assesses skin cancers. Its message is direct: “We do the removals that others can’t & that others won’t.” White Dolphin designed the clinic’s WordPress website and worked on its advertising, brand presence and Instagram.

The challenge

People with a worrying mole or skin lesion want reassurance: an expert doctor, a clear explanation of the procedure and an easy way to get in touch. The website had to build that trust quickly and make the first contact simple.

What we did

Website design. A WordPress website with a “Text us now” call to action and trust points in the hero, nine service cards linking to individual service pages, and a page about Dr. Gupta’s education, certifications and media appearances.
Advertising and Instagram. Campaigns and social content for the clinic’s services.
Brand presence. A consistent presentation of the Dr. Mole Removal name across the website and social media.
