Richmond Hill Cosmetic Clinic came to White Dolphin for the full stack: brand identity, a website built from scratch, and the advertising to bring patients to it. The site was built and coded by our team rather than assembled from a template — HTML, CSS and JavaScript — so the booking path, the treatment pages and the way the clinic presents itself all follow the brand rather than a theme’s defaults. Alongside the build, we handled the clinic’s branding and its Instagram presence. For a cosmetic clinic, Instagram is not a secondary channel — it is where prospective patients look before they book, and it carries the before-and-after proof that a treatment page cannot. Running the brand, the site and the social channel as one system is what keeps the clinic recognisable from the first ad a patient sees to the page they book on.
